PÁLIVEC salami
In July this year, we expanded our offer of durable fermented salamis by a brand-new product, which we have named "PÁLIVEC" (FIERY) because of its typical taste. The name itself indicates that the salami has the fiery taste of hot pepper. It goes especially well as a bite to eat with wine or cool beer. The salami is sold vacuum-packed and need not to be stored at cool temperatures. It is also suitable for people on a gluten-free diet.
